Title:  Transfer Vehicle Ownership Importation

Description: 

When a vehicle is already in our system, and customer A sells it to someone else, who eventually becomes customer B, we then have to re-enter all the information about the vehicle under customer B.  Could we add a feature to "import" all the information about the vehicle once we type the VIN into customer B's Vehicle screen?  This information could/should include any vehicle attachments that may exist.  Of course, this is after you allow vehicle attachments.
